♨️ Saunas at Widen arena
At Widen arena we offer not only sports spaces, but also quality rest and recovery after training. There are 3 different saunas waiting for you, suited to different needs and membership types.
🔸 Shared sauna – for all Widen members
In the shared changing rooms you will find a spacious traditional sauna that can be entered from both the men's and the women's changing room.
It is a great place to relax after training, improve circulation and recover your energy. This sauna is available to all Widen members.
🔸 Exclusive saunas for Prime members
Holders of a Prime membership can enjoy additional saunas reserved for them, located in separate changing rooms:
- The women's changing room has a gentle steam sauna – ideal for relaxation, skin detox and rest rituals.
- The men's changing room has a dry sauna, made for more intense recovery after physical load.
When training ends – it is time to unwind.
